The staff at the Vassalboro Public Library are excited to announce that sign ups for our 2020 summer reading program will begin next week! This year's theme is “Imagine Your Story,” which will explore mythology and fairy tales from around the world. Each child will receive a prize packet upon signing up. Our reading program is going to look a little different this summer since we are not able to host story times or weekly special programs.
We are collaborating with Beanstack to
create fun summer reading challenges that can be logged in from home
using the interactive app or website. Patrons of all ages are encouraged

There will be "Take and Make Kits" available for children at the
library which include all the materials and instructions needed to make a
craft at home. We are planning to offer more fun games and
