94 New Children's Books from the Pilcrow Foundation Grant!

We are pleased to announce the new children's books from The Pilcrow Foundation Grant are here and ready to circulate! We used local funds from the G.W. Manter Memorial Fund and donations made to the library in memory of Paul Duplessie and we were matched 2 to 1 by our grant sponsors, 

Drs. Bill Strawbridge and Meg Wallhagan of California. We received 70 brand new, hardcover children's picture books, chapter books, and board books, both fiction and non-fiction. We were also gifted 24 more hardcover books on the subjects of Math and Science through the sponsorship of Mr. Hal Berenson and Mrs. Laura Ackerman of Colorado. The total value of  this grant is $1,604.15! These lovely books gifted to the library from our local community and from our sponsors will be on display now throughout the month of October!
